The Louisiana Association of Public Charter Schools attracts hundreds of charter school leaders, board members, educators and advocates for our annual conference. It is the only statewide gathering of charter schools professionals. The Exhibitor Pavilion is an integral part of the conference program offering exhibitors the opportunity to make valuable connections face-to-face with charter school leaders from around Louisiana.
With nearly 200 schools serving more than 80,000 students and employing 3,000 teachers in 25 parishes, it’s clear the charter school movement continues to grow and strengthen its foothold in the education market.

Non-Profit Circle – At the 2019 Conference we will have a designated area for a limited number of small education non-profits. If you are interested in being a part of the Non-Profit Circle, please contact Melissa Carollo for information on how to apply. (All spots have been filled for 2019).
Sales Presentations – There will be a limited number of time slots available during the session breaks for exhibitors to participate in a sales pitch in the exhibitor hall. Please indicate if you would like to participate when you register. These slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. (All spots have been filled for 2019)

SETUP & BREAKDOWN
Set-up is from 12:00pm – 6:00pm on Thursday, December 5th. (subject to change)
Break down is from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Friday, December 6th.
Show Date is Friday, December 6, from 8 am – 4 pm.
CANCELLATION OF SPACE
Notification of an exhibitor’s decision to cancel space must be sent in writing to Communications at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any company that does not notify LAPCS of its cancellation or does not occupy its space on-site will forfeit 100% of its exhibit fee.
- 50% of booth fees will be retained by LAPCS if canceled prior to November 1, 2019
- 75% of booth fees will be retained by LAPCS if canceled prior to November 15, 2019
- No refunds after December 1, 2019
Booth placements will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with the following exceptions:
Conference Sponsors will be prominently placed in the Sponsors Circle.
LAPCS Vendor Partners whose membership is active during the conference will be given prominent high-visibility placement.
